When problems arise, please try the following first.
Refresh the page
Click on the current tab of your browser to make sure the tab is active. Refresh the page with the key combination Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or shift+cmd+R (Chrome on IOS) or click the refresh button next to the address bar with the mouse.
Log out, log in
After a some period of inactivity, the server automatically ends logged-in sessions. The page then might show buttons that no longer work, because the session on the server has been expired. If this is the case, the page will work as expected after logging in again.
Try different browsers
Nowadays, most websites work equally well on all browsers. However, sometimes there is a difference in the way browsers show a page. Perhaps the problem you are experiencing is not present when using another browser, and you can continue your work on the website that way.
If working with another browser offers a solution, it is solved for the short term, but it is wise to also send a message to Intakt about this issue.
Finally
If the issue persists, please call out to the developers of Intakt. Send all relevant information, such as which browser you were using, what you were editing when the problem occurred, the corresponding url, what you clicked on, and what was visible after the problem occurred, by email.
If possible, it would be useful if you could include a screenshot. Modern browsers have a built-in function for this. With FireFox and Edge, for example, you can use the key combination Ctrl+Shift+S to make a screen recording and paste it directly into an email message.
